This is just an addon for My Personal Blog part 7. Added a popup confirmation dialog so that after clicking the subscribe button the user can know that he/she has been subscribed to the newslatter.
I just added a simple dialog box, you can redesign it with css as you want, to look it more attractive.
There are other ways to let the user know that subscription is confirmed, like show a text inside the subscribe div.
It is just a confirmation popup dialog, it does not actually add the user email in the subscription list.
You will need php and mysql to add email in the subscription list.
